ARCC is proud to present a free online screening of “Preconceived” – an award-winning documentary film that will give you a raw and insightful look into the rise of anti-choice crisis pregnancy centres (CPCs) across the United States. These centres are a part of a movement striving to make abortion “unthinkable” and illegal, and the film explores the complex role of deception, finances, faith, and privacy.

Dr. May Sanaee of the University of Alberta leads a workshop about the history of the colonial agenda pertaining to Indigenous women, and how this history has influenced the care that Indigenous women and two-spirit people receive today, particularly gynecologic care.
