What happened when you visited an anti-choice “crisis pregnancy centre”?
Please share your story
Have you been to a “crisis pregnancy centre” or “pregnancy care centre” to try and get help with an unintended pregnancy? These centres typically offer free services and promise help on all options, but are generally against abortion, won’t help clients obtain one, and may try to dissuade them.
The Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada is looking for stories from people who may have had a troubling or unhelpful experience at such a centre. You can choose to stay anonymous. Your story may be shared with decision-makers, researchers, or the media. Stories are also welcom from people who accompanied someone to a CPC.
The following link goes to a Google form that should take you 10-15 minutes to complete depending on how much you want to say.
